Between working, sleeping, chores, and a kinda semi social life, blogging has become a bit of a challenge. I can't blog if I'm overpowered by sleep/work lol, so I do apologize for not writing in such a long while.

Now because of the anime convention coming up next year in March, in my home city, the forums of so said convention was booming with awesome news of doll panels, photo shoots, and other dolly related topics. I plan on taking my two boys and girl to the convention and have them meet more dolls and to have myself see new faceups while making new friends.
My resin family is limited to three and my wish is to get another doll soon. Hopefully one that isn't too expensive, SD sized, tanned skin, and the shipping mustn't be too bad. Giving a small poll on my facebook, I asked about the gender of doll I should get; female was the answer. With the gender in mind, I went online to research some companies and came across a seller on Ebay who was selling AOD (angel of dream) dolls. DoAforum gave info on the seller, saying beware of a doll smuggler and other little nasty details about the seller. So avoiding Ebay, I went right to the company's site: http://www.aoddoll.net/index.asp (English site), researched for a doll, then put in an order.
I came up with this:

Super basic SD Jimi (male doll)
Super basic SD size Jimi (male doll) with tanned skin, and no faceup. But here is the twist, instead of a male body, I ordered him with the request of a female body. So yes, male head, female body.

 SMG- Female Version two
Looking at the female body, it's built nothing like the two piece torso of my Doll Family-H female, Rena. The body looks more flexible but has almost a younger girl atmosphere and look. Rena's sculpt is a little more mature but can easily be compared to a barbie, when it comes to the bust.

My order was placed on December 21st 2011, an attempt by myself to cancel the order was made, but communication between the company and I has suddenly opened. So the doll is being made.

I'll continue blogging throughout this process, and hopefully my reviews will help others who wish to order from this company. Until then, take care and happy new year!
